Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Buy/Pass Review product is owned and operated by 2Nspira LLC (“2Nspira,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and membership changes are handled.

1. One-Time Purchases

Because this product involves digital delivery, research, analysis, and case activation, all sales are generally final once a purchased review or bundle has been activated, materially delivered, or used.

2. Refunds Before Activation

If a one-time purchase has not yet been activated, processed, or used, you may contact us promptly to request review of a refund. We may approve refunds at our discretion in cases such as duplicate purchase, mistaken purchase, or clear technical failure.

3. Technical Failure

If the service fails materially due to a product or delivery problem and we are unable to provide the purchased service within a reasonable period, we may offer a refund, credit, or replacement access at our discretion.

4. Bundles

Bundle purchases provide a specified number of vehicle checks or review entitlements. Used credits are non-refundable. Unused credits may be eligible for partial credit or review on a case-by-case basis, but are not guaranteed refundable.

5. Monthly Memberships

Monthly memberships, including unlimited-use plans, may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically generate refunds for the current billing period unless required by law or approved by us at our discretion.

6. No Refund Based on Vehicle Outcome

Refunds are not provided simply because you chose not to buy a vehicle, bought a different vehicle, or were dissatisfied with the market outcome of a purchase decision. The product is designed to support better decisions, not guarantee a specific transaction result.
